When a client has a Facebook Business Account associated with their Facebook page or want us to set up Facebook and/or Instagram shopping, ask them follow this method:

1. Go to business.facebook.com
2. If they have one business account it should already be logged in into that business manager, otherwise they must choose their business
3. Click “Business Settings” in the left navigation menu
4. Under the parent tab “Users” the child tab “People” should be already selected
5. Click “Add” next to the search box
6. First click “Admin Access”, then under “Enter Email Addresses” invite the following email: marketing@allinit.com.au
7. They will then see a pop-up called “Assign Access”
8. Then they must click the page name in the middle tab and select everything on the right tab
9. After that, they must go through all the tabs in the left & select everything they can in the middle & right tabs

This is the way of setting up a Facebook & Instagram shop & important if they want us to run advertisements for them.
